Asian steak (Marinated flank steak)

Time Of Cooking : 60 Minutes
Serving : 4 Persons

* Ingredients
8 slices Steak - beef Entrecote or flank

1/4 cup  - Corn Oil Afia AFIA
1/2 tsp  - Ginger - powder
3 tbsp  - Honey
2 tbsp - Vinegar
1/4 cup - Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp - Garlic Powder

* Directions
1.In a blender mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, and corn oil.


2.Put steaks in a baking dish. Pierce meat flesh all over front and back with a sharp fork. Pour marinade mix over steaks. Rub steaks with marinade so they are well coated.

3.Heat oven to 180 C. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in oven for about 1 hour or until meat is done. You may add a little water during cooking when needed

Tips
" You can cook steaks in a metal baking dish and cook it on the stove over medium heat and follow the rest of the steps as stated. "
